Unexpected Social Media Magic

Until March 2020, I had never heard of the National Cowboy and Western Heritage Museum… and I’m willing to bet I’m not alone.

Many businesses had to close during quarantine and find a new way to reach its supporters, friends, and followers. Employees were furloughed, working reduced hours, or just laid off.  Some essential employees found themselves altering their job descriptions during this time.  One of those essential folks was Tim, Head of Security for the National Cowboy and Western Heritage Museum. 

He took social media by storm! Not only does he show the world the wonders of the very museum he secures, but his wholesomeness and dad jokes are what reel you in.

It looks like he has figured out #hashtags and now even has merch with his famous “#HashtagTheCowboy” line (which you can buy at store.nationalcowboymuseum.org).
